When the time comes to replace all of our steel door hardware, or hardware accessories for my home I am going here!

We visited their showroom last week looking for cabinet pulls. Their selection is vast and if you can't find what you're looking for there then you probably won't find it anywhere. However, the customer service was lackluster at best. No one ever asked if they could help as we browsed. We finally asked someone to get some item numbers for us and he wrote them down on an order sheet and we were out the door. Called back today to place the order spoke with a different gentlemen who had absolutely no interest in helping me. He literally told me to go to the manufacturers website to look up the sizes of the knobs I needed. Said he had "a lot of stuff going on" and I could get the info I needed from the manufacturers website and then email him my order. What?!! Nope. Didn't do that. Instead we found the same cabinet pulls at another dealer (price was lower too), placed our order and will never return to Denver Hardware based on customer service alone.

Great designer showroom. I've gotten some hard-to-find-in-town things here but only if I needed it right away. We're talking like 10 times more expensive than what I can find for the exact same product online. Good people watching here. A lot of people with more money than sense

Alfred was absolutely amazing! He helped us for over a half hour, even after he knew we were not going to be able to purchase anything from him. He genuinely cares about people, and wants to help.

Thanks Alfred & Team!

I'd like to support a local store, but: (1) the in-stock item I bought was priced high (I paid for convenience); and (2) when I returned an un-opened/un-used item that was IN-STOCK, I was charged a 15% re-stocking fee that I only found out about three days later when they finally MANUALLY processed the refund. These are reasons I usually go to Home Depot/Lowes/Amazon. Why buy local if you get whacked on an in-stock return? They charge 30% to return anything they order for you. High prices at a local store should be balanced by a more customer friendly attitude. Instead, i was charged $50 to slide an item the size of a book back on the shelf 10 feet away.

Absolute best place to find quality door and cabinet hardware in this area. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are often as good as you can find anywhere.
