Highly recommend! I've been looking for a specific type of mortar all over Metro Denver for days with ZERO luck. Not at Lowes, not at Home Depot. Based on Ace Hardware's website, it looked like this store might have a 60 lb bag of the mortar I wanted. WAY overkill on the amount I needed to reset a single brick but I was willing to buy it since it was the most well suited mortar for the application. The icing on the cake was they actually had the 10 lb bags! The atmosphere of the store is classic down-home hardware store with helpful and knowledgeable sales associates.
Good local store but the one on 12th is a lot cleaner.
Ace hardware Cap Hill is your go-to place for all the stuff you need from a hardware store. The staff are always willing to help and are kind and friendly. It's an old school shop, and a blessing to all of us in this neighborhood. Highly recommended!!
100% recommended. The team at Ace are very helpful, customer service oriented, and patient. We are gutting /remodeling a home nearby. I am at the store at least 3 times per week, seeking obscure parts. One of the Ace colleagues almost always walks me to the appropriate parts aisle and helps me find the needed item. I love shopping here because I don't have to wander huge aisles and waste time.
