I agree with the previous comment on being superior to Home Depot, by far one of the best hardware stores I’ve been to in the area. The yound man Jacob helped me find what I needed quickly and everyone else I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Customer service goes a long way, so does a fully stocked store, so I will be bringing my business here in the future.
I should always ask the staff before I start going rogue on projects because they always point me in the right direction! Friendly, organized and local. Love it!
Paid $8.00 for a $3.00 two-by-four. I understand mark-up and a fee for convenience but this is a little ridiculous. Can you say "opportunistic?"
This Ace is awesome! So superior to Home Depot or Lowes. You never have to search someone out to help you. Everyone is friendly and helpful with plenty of advice and tips, they don't let you leave unless you have everything you need (nails, the right tools). There is some limited inventory but that's rarely an issue.
I always have excellent service here. Today, the fellas went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate the Ace crew so much!!
