All Around Roofing and exteriors Inc, has ignored my phone calls and dodged me from the get go. It has been well over two months and they can not get the job done. When they job is completed the city of Denver fail it., not done correctly.
All Around Roofing identified hail damage we didn't even know we had on a 19yo roof, and our insurance company agreed. Curtis and his team helped us understand the process and then installed a new roof on time and on budget. The impact resistant shingles earned us a hefty discount on our insurance premium. In addition, Curtis helped us coordinate painting of the house and staining of our deck, as well as connected us with Skylight Magic for two skylights. Those skylights have been awesome - they changed the whole room. Curtis answered our emails day and night, and we felt were were in good hands throughout all of this work. I'd highly recommend Curtis and All-Around Roofing.
Marc Parker was terrific to work with from start to finish. He's an exceptional communicator with deep knowledge of the roofing process from end to end. Marc helped guide me through the insurance process, which was also a great help. Many people, myself included, have a negative perception of the roofing industry, but Marc dispelled that with his constant professionalism and always doing what he said he would do.
Working with Curtis far squashed any hesitations about shady roofers each step of the way! He promised and delivered at every level from; Cleanup to Accurate Billing to being patient about Payment even. I would recommend this roofing company to anyone and especially Curtis if in the Market for a new roof. All Around Roofing and Exteriors are amazing! They came out and looked at our roof and then sat down and explained everything to us. Roofing lingo can get confusing and their guys were amazing; they explained what the roofing lingo meant, what the estimate and insurance documentation meant and let us know our options. Their representatives were very knowledgeable and you could tell they love this company. The day of our roof replacement they were right on time and began working right away, and everything was done before we got home. They do an amazing job not only with the roof but cleaning up after; we have not found one nail or anything that would suggest they were ever here. If you want a great, easy experience when fixing and/or replacing your roof this is the company to go with!
