There will be much more to come once I find out how much more I can say, legally. Final payment hasn’t been paid as we have damages, the job is not complete and we don’t have a permit in our possession nor have we passed any inspections. Thank goodness I have photos of everything including the child one of the guys brought to the job site for the entire day.
I wouldn’t give them the one star but had too in order to write the review. I won’t go into any specifics because as soon as the courts open on Monday I will be there filing a claim against the company and quite possibily against the outside sales person and the owner. All I will say at this time is that I very much encourage
Aspen Roofing & Exteriors were great! Dave came out and walked the roof with the adjuster I didn't have to do a thing!! Work was completed within a reasonable time and everything looked great, my wife and I were very pleased. Any questions I had I called the office and everyone was super nice and very informative. I definitely suggest using Aspen Roofing & Exteriors they are wonderful!!!
I had a lot of companies come out to my house trying to get my business I did my research and chose Aspen, and I'm glad I did. They were upfront about everything I spoke with Dave and he always was willing to help in anyway he could. The ladies at the office were always nice, and everything was done great within a timely manner. My neighbor chose another company (whom I almost went with) and are still waiting for things to be completed and the roof didn't pass inspection TWICE! Do your research and chose Aspen Roofing & Exteriors!
Most frustrating company I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!! Nails and debris left ALL OVER mine and My Neighbors yard.... NO CONTACT before they show up, except to tell Me my dogs are out.. COLORS DONT MATCH WHAT WAS CHOSEN..... Corporate office has contacted me twice for payment even though the work is NOT COMPLETE.. Did I mention its been almost 6 months.... What a JOKE...... GOOD LUCK if you use them...
anyone with an estimate/contract to be very careful. I would not recommend them if they were in fact the last roofing company in town.
Don’t do business with this company it’s shady I worked for them for 2 weeks and they wouldn’t honor their payment policy I did everything they asked of me and more and the the owner Todd refuses to pay me my training pay I spent hours working for them and getting them deals even after I was no longer with the company I received a call from a client and referred them to the sales manager so they could get the deal. And even after I did that the owner wants to say I didn’t do what was required well that’s not the case. I do not recommend working for them or doing business with them.
