The roofing crew did a great job, protected items, cleaned-up very well and looks really good! Was early and thorough!
Good company. Patrick was friendly. Would get more stars but they threw away my gutter inserts to keep leaves out and also an adjustable hose end sprayer.
Although we were on a very long wait list to get our roof replaced, Zach Rowland made the whole process very easy. Even when we procrastinated in mailing the final payment due to vacation and other distractions, he showed up (in a very helpful, non-threatening way) to personally receive the check. As for the finished product, we are very happy with our new roof's appearance. In a follow-up when Zach asked if we had any complaints or if we noticed any debris, we said, "Absolutely not!" But we spoke too soon. Now, I don't know if it's avoidable, but we have continued to find random discarded roofing nails laying around outside our house. Maybe they're falling out of crevices previously unnoticed by the cleanup crew, but, luckily, none have found our car tires or kid's feet. It is hard to give a review where I feel that due to the nature of the timing of the replacement after one of the severest hailstorms in Denver's history, that resources were thin when I used Premiers services, so that said, my issues were more related to the timing and how extremely busy all companies were at this time and not the professionalism of the company. I would highly recommend them and I am sure if it wasn't for the timing this would be 5 stars.
After we got hit with a huge hailstorm, I had no idea how to proceed with finding a roofing company to replace my damaged roof. Luckily, I didn't need to lift a finger. A wonderful representative from Premier Roofing--Luke Versaw--showed up at my door and impressed me from the moment we met. He wasn't pushy at all. Instead he was easy going and got along with my crazy barking dogs. He did a quick preview of the damage on the roof and then sat down in my kitchen and explained the whole process, start to finish. Here's what I loved about working with Premier: wonderful Luke was the only person I ever had to talk to! It thought that was such a cool business model in this day in age where anonymous call centers are so standard. Luke helped me pick out roof colors, coordinated dates and timing and was even the one to handle payment. We love our new roof and loved working with Premier Roofing. --Alana Silva
