About par for the course for someone using fake customers to write glowing reviews. (sorry they "contracted that out to someone" - it was not really them)
CJ Roofing did a great job on my roof this past June. Everyone from the estimator to the installers were friendly and professional. I had my roof replaced due to the hail storm of 2017 and they worked with my insurance to get it all figured. They also explained to me how the process works and how to interpret the insurance's estimate. It was a painless experience.
I highly recommend this company if you want friendly service and quality work.
No matter how you slice it, refusing to fix what you did poorly especially when it causes real property damage, seems to be the norm rather than the exception for this company. Stay away, stay very far away and tell your friends, family, pets and anything with ears.
Not sure what kind of business they are running but I suggest hiring someone else for at least roof leaking problems.
About two months later, we finally got someone on our roof and in our crawl space. I was told by them that we had two sections of deck that needed to be replaced because we had leaks in both areas. I tried to get someone to respond to me, but the guy I had been working with was let go and everyone else in the office claims my warranty is expired.
Worst experience with this company. I spent about $3000 with this company trying to fix roof leaks without any resolution. At last they told me that my roof had a structural issue and nothing they could do? they basically took my money without fixing my issue. I hired another roofing company who fixed this issue and tested many times over last few months and there is no more leaks.
CJ Roofing/Phil Harris even gave me a stellar recommendation on a installer for a sun/solar tube. Now I have a beautiful new roof and more sunlight in my living room!
Considering how many roofs needed replacing in Denver due to the hail storm, they got me on the list quickly and within a few weeks my roof was done - less than 2 days to install! My neighbors are all still waiting. They did a really good job of cleaning up and protecting my yard too. I only found about 8 nails after the installation, which was impressive considering how many are removed and then used for the new roof.
If you are in the roofing business and your replacement roof leaks, you really need to stand behind your work. These guys do not stand behind their work and seem to welcome litigation as it appears to be pretty tough to prove poor workmanship.
We had our roof replaced a few years back (before the current owner had purchased the company). After about six months, we had a leak. They came out and did repairs to our roof. Fast forward about 3 years. Another leak in the same spot as before. Someone came out and told my father-in-law we had a "moisture problem". (when water from your roof drips through a light fixture and onto your carpet - I guess that is just unwanted moisture - not a leaky roof)
Phil was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended. He worked with the insurance company and even put in a solar power attic fan.The crew was professional, worked hard and cleaned up the mess. I am very pleased and would hire him again.
I recently had my second roof replacement in ten years because of hail. I chose CJ Roofing for both projects and am very pleased with the quality of their work. I've never had any leaks. Phil (project manager) is easy to work with and cares about what you want to get done with your house. Overall, very satisfied!
