I would like to recognize, Alan, their job site manager, for an outstanding job. Before the job was scheduled to start, Alan came to the property and noticed that the original gutters were steel, and the downspouts were aluminum. Had Alan not demonstrated this attention to detail, it would have held up the insurance process, and most certainly, the completion of the project one time. Also, on the day of the roof replacement, we had inclement weather. Alan was on site and instructed the crew to complete the roof in sections as to not leave any area of the roof exposed to the elements. Alan directed the crew with precision as each piece of the roof came together without causing any interior water damage to her home. They weren’t able to complete the job in one day because of the rain, but it was finished up by noon the next day and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
Core Contractors recently hired us for some flower arrangements for a few of their clients? Why? Because they had intimate knowledge of their customers and employee’s lives. One had just had major back surgery and was recovering, another’s wife was ill and recovering from a separate major surgery and the third was going through some tough personal issues. They were thoughtful enough to send each of the families custom arrangements just to help ease their pain a bit. I was so impressed with their thoughtfulness that I felt it was worthy to leave them a small review for their kindness. They truthfully care about the people they do business with.
Starting from the beginning Steve Solis set up an appointment with me. We meet and he got up on the roof and after he inspected the roof we sat down and he explained about the impact of the hail storm. I needed a new roof Steve explained everything in detail of what the damages were and what needed to be fixed. Steve even offered to meet with my insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster was pretty impressed how much knowledge that I knew on replacing the roof. Steve took his time to explain and made sure that I didn’t have any questions about the roof. Steve kept in contact with me on the updates on when the roof would be replaced. Then I had a call from the office staff letting me know when the crew would be out to replace the roof. The roofers showed up on Monday morning and worked all day and finished around 7 at night. The roofers took pride in their work and they cleaned up after themselves and even went around with a magnet to see if there were any screws or nails in the grass I thought that was really nice they were concerned that when I mowed that no roofing materials were left behind. The roofers were so very kind and took pride in their work. That you all for such a nice job and being so considerate.
