They've always met my expectations but today they exceeded them which prompted me to write this review. I placed an order for an item that wasn't in stock at their Denver store. They gave me a courtesy call to tell me that it would be shipping out of the Oregon store instead. There would be no difference in shipping time but they still called to let me know as a courtesy.
