We were helped by Ken, the General Manager, and he gave us amazing customer service. His knowledge of products and mobile provider plans was impressive. His assistance made the trip from Castle Rock a pleasant.

DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! OMG WE WALK IN AND WANTED TO BUY A JUICE PACK MORPHIE CASE AND ONE OF THE WORKERS WANTED TO BE A SMART ASS THE WHOLE TIME. MADE ME FEEL SO YUCKY LEAVING THIS STORE I WOULD RATHER GO TO WALMART THEN HERE!!!!! ALL THE WORKERS SUCK HERE! & I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE!
I typically have bad to horrible service at Best Buy, especially the mobile stores. However, I stopped at this store late last Tuesday night and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a retail store! I believe it was the store manager that help me and he was beyond helpful. I was looking for a Christmas present for a hard to shop for friend and the Best Buy employee saved me from buying the wrong gift. Thanks for helping me with my Christmas shopping.
