These guys are great! I called ahead and they answered my basic questions and gave me an idea of what it would cost to fix my laptop. I brought it in for them to take a look. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It turns out it was an extremely easy fix, they fixed it right there, and didn't charge me! They also gave me a competitive quote for fixing my cracked iPhone screen. I will definitely go back with computer/phone needs!
There were hidden fees. They told me multiple times any device is fully refundable within 30 days, but never mentioned there was a (around $50) restocking fee. I wouldn't have minded if they had been more transparent. I would not go back.
I'm just trying to sell my computer that I bought for $400 for at least $100 in the city and went to this place and they charge me 25 and reason why I'm giving them a two is because a guy was really nice will help to me however $25 for a pretty brand new computer that was hardly used I don't think so... If you want tp sell your computer dont go here. you will waste your time.
Everything was replaced, cleaned, and serviced under an hour!!! And well under a 100. Bucks.
