I'd give it a higher star if they ever answer the phones. probably the worst company if you ever want to get some information by calling them. Their phone would ring forever without anyone answering it. We even filed a complain with Best Buy's Headquarters, but no improvements. So, we stopped going to Best Buy. Viva Amazon!
I wanted to purchase some accessories for my new Galaxy note 8. I asked one of the sales people who was just standing there talking to 2 other salespeople if he could show me where they were. He pointed to the rack and walked off. I had some questions, no one around, I left, went to the T Mobile store across the street and I got helped right away and all my questions were answered. I spent my $100.00 there and left happy. This was cheaper than Best Buy and I got better service. This is not the first time I have had this same experience with this store.
Empty shelves in wearable fitness. Had to pass 4 chatting employees before I found a person to help me (cashier). They didn't have the item I needed... it was ok because I found it at Target down the road. This is the 3rd unsuccessful visit to Best Buy. Used to be my go-to electronics store. I guess going online is the best option these days (even the employees suggested it). The employee I did speak with was friendly, so that's something.
Worst customer service I've had in a very long time. 1st person showed me to the products I was looking for then bolted as fast as humanly possible. Second person didn't have a key to display I was looking at and it took like 15 mins to get a "manager" to come unlock it (this person who grabbed the manager was helpful, they should probably have the rank to have a key). "Manager" came over and unlocked a separate drawer with 2 non functioning smart watches. Didn't even ask any questions about what I was looking for. I was already wearing a smart watch, if he were knowledgeable he would've noticed it's outdated and I'm serious about buying a new one. If I'm spending $200+ on something I'll wear every day, you'd better have ones available to try on and test out. Will be going elsewhere to purchase.
Not the best selection. Other best buys in the area are better. This is a great spot for a quick swing by if you need head phones or a SD card. Better to call ahead for something more in depth.
