A very unhelpful place.

I spent 6 hours in the Cherry Creek Apple Store and could not have had a better experience. My computer needed a full reboot, for a lack of technical words, and there was really no way to expedite the process. Tony, Javid, and one other kind gentleman (sorry I never asked your name!) were absolutely fabulous. Tony took on the bulk of the work and made the wait bearable with his humor and honesty around timing, what needed to be done, etc.

He didn't want to hear that she was in a car accident and she could go there

Brainwashed employees who think their company is greatest in the world, and are great at telling you they can’t help you.

The worst place on earth.

I was hesitant to go here after seeing an overall 2.9 star review. In full disclosure, I looked at all other nearby Apple locations. I considered a half hour drive elsewhere but settled for Cherry Creek and I'm glad I did. If you're going to go into the store to have your phone or computer serviced, don't expect a 20 minute turn around. It's just not going to happen. I think most of these poor reviews stem from unrealistic exceptions on behalf of the consumer. The staff at Cherry Creek is wonderful and they make you feel cared for. That counts for a lot and they deserve a big thanks.

I went to go buy a Magic Mouse 2 at the store but the guy who was not very friendly told me that they didn't want to take the credit card because the person I was buying for had to be there

Expensive computers that don’t work well, and then you have to book an appointment three days in the future just to get someone to look at your computer, and they tell you they either can’t fix, it’s out of warranty, or the repair will cost half as much as the (obscenely overpriced) computer cost you in the first place.

First off, what is this service model? People just wandering around? It's extremely ambiguous as to whom I go to for service or how? I suppose it's supposed to be cool, but it's actually really lame and nonsensical. Anyway, I went in three evenings in a row to get my iPhone screen replaced. Each time, I told them I needed it fixed within the evening, as it was my only window of availability and I needed my phone during the day. Each time, they assured me and gave me a 15 min wait. Each time I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Each time resulted in them telling me, after the extended wait, that they no longer had time to fix my screen, and that I'd have to leave it with them and come in the next day. They completely devoid of apology. One time they tried convincing me to replace my phone in case I had corrosion due to exposure from the cracks. Right. And I'm just dying to be conned into spending another$700. Waste of my entire week. Ended up lapsing my composure on the last visit, which is unfortunate for all parties. I finally went to a local shop and had it replaced on the spot in 15 min for half the price.

90% of the Apple Store staff are millennials; they are eager to assist, knowledgeable and they've been given training in Customer Etiquette,...really! I lost my iPhone just 3 weeks before the iPhone X's release. Guess what,...I left the store with a "temp" iPhone. I told them I was one of the original iPhone owners, and I had Apple Care! Apple Care covers damage and manufacturing defects only; IT DOES NOT COVER A LOST DEVICE! Not only did the give me a temp iPhone,...I got an iPhone X "exactly" on the release date! After I told them I was one of the original iPhone owners, they thanked me for being a loyal Apple iPhone Customer.

And then you have to pay for parking if you sit too long in the mall. Haha.

They are so pretentious in there this place.... really.. this place sucks i wasted my time. I should have gone to Best buy.
