I ordered a bed frame from them online, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Their website wasn't set up for me to purchase the exact model I wanted, but Andy (who I assume is the store owner) was able to very straightforwardly order me the bed I wanted, and was extremely nice and professional in the process of doing so. I couldn't decide between two stain choices, so Andy very kindly express mailed me samples of the stains I was trying to decide between! He furthermore was extremely patient as I tried to figure out which one I liked best for the next several weeks, and very helpful when I had a change of heart and decided to switch colors shortly after the order was placed. Just an A+ experience all around, they were awesome.
Finally! It has been years since I have felt so cozy and comfy in my own bed! What a difference a good night of sleep makes for an the go Mom of three. I look forward to bedtime and sleeping like a queen. My back is thankful too. I recommend this product to anyone seeking excellent quality and comfort for themselves and their families. Great customer service also.

After 3 nights we are very happy with the comfort and support. The assembly was not difficult--took less than 30 minutes by following the direction. An added benefit to the "build it at home" mattress is that we'll be able change the firmness in the future if we feel like it. Super happy.
Buying a mattress from The Natural Sleep Store was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.
