Professional staff who are willing to help and accommodate your every need. I really enjoyed learning the different themes of each floor. The room was clean and decorated in a modern and tasteful way. The views aren't great from this hotel but the location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The attached restaurant, The Corner Office, had delicious food and fast service. Overall - very pleased with my stay.
Great location. Right in the middle of downtown with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Also very close to the convention center. The staff was very friendly. I wish there was complimentary bottled water instead of it being $4 per. The rooms are pretty nice, the bed was very comfy and clean --maybe a little small, but not terrible. I'd stay here again.

Room was clean, friendly service throughout the room and good location downtown. The decor in my opinion is different but fun as I think it is like a pop culture theme. Fine hotel though. My one knock on the place is my room is literally in the elevator lobby area on my floor. There is a bank of four elevators and right across from the elevator doors right in the center is my room door. Maybe the worst room location I have ever seen in a hotel. I like a room close to the elevator but this is a bit extreme. It was fine though. Overall good hotel.

The Curtis has what's supposed to be a whimsical design with cheery elevators and meeting rooms named after various games. While this seems neat and fun at first glance it adds a level of complication to professional events. There aren't enough elevators and the long lines had people attempting to use the state which are no re-entry and becoming stuck. Overall this hotel is neat concept but the execution and partially the constraints of the building lead to it being more frustrating than the whimsical atmosphere can make up for.
