Nice and clean place to stay. Good lounging spots in the lobby with power for working or just recharging on the go. Helpful staff. Spaceous room. Coffee could use some work.
Booked this place on a whim online. So pleasantly pleased with the amenities and service. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, nice rooms, excellent guest service, very affordable!
Wow! I really liked this hotel! The staff was great and the location was perfect. I was able to walk to my convenrion as well as to a lot of food options. If you are a shopper then you are right next to the mall. I did show up late and my room wasn't clean so it took them an extra 25min to clean it. They gave me a drink at the bar while I was waiting which was nice and needed after a long drive in. I'd go back.
It's 4PM, guests were arriving. We're told room isn't ready yet after showing CC and signing the paper. We asked when room will be ready for us. Front desk said "I don't know", also he didn't realize we've purchased parking and breakfast packages separately. All other guests got their rooms in the lobby except us. After 2 months I still felt I need to leave the feedback to let them know - respecting every person is important not only for a hotel business, but also essential for people to live in this diverse world.
My room was nice and the staff was great. The meeting rooms are a bit too small and become too long and narrow if you need to put them together. Our meeting was large enough that we overflowed to a second building, which wasn't ideal. The restaurant was fine for a hotel bar. I'd stay there again if ever in the area, but I'm not sure it'd be my first choice for hosting a meeting.
