I made my reservations almost six months in advance as I know all the hotels would be booked for a huge event I was attending in Denver. My purse was stolen on the trip before I made it to the hotel with my credit card, and I was turned away even though I had plenty of cash to cover my room and other forms of payment could have been made as well. No one cared that there was a special circumstance that happened or that I could call to use another card over the phone, or be open to any suggestions I had on keeping my room. Instead homewood refused me at the door because I did not have the credit card I reserved the room with and I was left with nowhere to stay for two days in a completely booked town. I was asked to leave and was standing on the street trying to get any room last minute. The customer service at this hotel is appalling, and I recommend staying anywhere else.
The hotel was convenient to the convention center and 13th street mall. Some of the lights in our room didn't work and the pool was very small (holiday inn has bigger pools...). Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and long hours. They tended to run out of everything (dishes, cups, coffee, breads, toppings) around 9. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
Very beautiful room with lots of space but very poorly executed. Shower takes a full 5 minutes to get warm, the TVs are too small for the size of the room. I didn't get conditioner... Parking is either $50 valet or $14 two blocks away. Terrible view of more hotel and bleak landscape.

Beautiful room in the perfect downtown location in Denver. The hotel is only a block from the free mall ride bus. We will definitely stay here again.
When I told management they trivialized it and offered me a one night voucher.
I called the Hilton corporate line and they haven't even responded!!!
***My room was cleaned while I was out and when I got back to my room at ~12am it was left open! Wide open to the world for hours, and the elevators aren't locked!
I'll be using my voucher then boycotting Hilton and it's parent company from now on!***
The rooms have been newly innovated. Actually the building itself has been renovated 4 years ago. It's new and clean everywhere in the hotel, including the dining place. Would definitely come back!
Great location. Right in the heart of downtown Denver. Very close to the shopping mall and tons of great and affordable restaurants.
