I'm sad about this review because at one time this hospital helped get my disability in control even for a few months before Jefferson center for mental health took over my treatment. Rose family medicine was a great place at one time till my last experience of being cornered in a small room with them trying to force me into agreeing with treatment that is not suitable for my condition. the neurological consultants office has a good neurologists but I think because of something Jefferson center did to me they refuse me treatment there now. I use to trust this hospital over all but now they are listening to outside sources and this was a heartbreaking experience for me. I'll give you 3 stars just because it might be from the influence of what I just went through. your emergency room was pretty good with helping me. all that matters is your hospital was there for me for a short period of time. just making you know I know how I was medicated to keep my condition under control. your doctors didn't need too try and force treatment that does not work on me. when you ask for a list of medications they would use you shouldn't be surrounded by 3 doctors trying to force the situation. with my current medication I was able to walk away calmly for future reference.
Sending a patient home in the same pain they came in to be evaluated with is not ok. Did not receive pain management the entire 5 hours I was there. What’s the point of even having an emergency room? I don’t have any pain medication on my past Medical record except 1 for dental surgery 3 years ago. No excuse. Very poor treatment and I will not be returning and I will be urging all of my friends and family to not seek treatment there.
I can not say enough about the emergency room staff that gave me medical treatment on Sunday, August 27,2017. From the moment I entered the emergency room I was greeted with warmth and compassion by the triage nurse! Then I was taken in and before I had even got on the stretcher to be examined The

I had a MRI and surgery following at Rose Medical Center in September 2017. This was a planned surgery. I cannot say enough about the excellent professionalism, individual care and the upholding of medical standards that I witnessed during my stay. I am a medical provider myself (the staff was mostly unaware) of 23 years and having been a compliance officer as well was very impressed with what I witnessed, even with staff who were not tending to me. Patient safety being the most impressive and consistent. I needed special accommodations in my management due to another health issue and this was taken seriously by both Dr. Aguirre and my anesthesiologist; I came through without even a hint of the serious complications that could have arisen if they had not been so caring and diligent. The staff did not appear strained and appeared to really enjoy their jobs, this is a feat for their Rose Medical Center management in today’s medical-legal-financial environment. In the future if I need further hospital care I will seek out a provider that practices at Rose Medical.
Went to Denver health a couple days later and they helped me and diagnosed me with gallstones that required emergency surgery. Might not have gotten as bad if I had correct treatment at this facility.
Dislocated and fractured my elbow late night Wednesday playing soccer. Called another ER closer by to see if they could see me immediately due to extreme pain and not wanting to wait. Couldn't give me an answer after putting me on hold. Rose answered immediately and said come in, no wait for emergencies. Great service from the second I entered. Caring, thoughtful, smart staff and doctors. Very knowledgeable. Worst pain of my life but they helped ease it and were gentle as possible popping my elbow back into place after x-rays. Would never go anywhere else and would recommend to everyone I know. Excellent, beyond 5 stars. Even called me next day to see how I'm feeling. First class.
