I brought my little guy here and they were great!! I will definitely bring him back if I ever need too. It is such a relief knowing I have a great place to go in an urgent situation, especially after a couple of horrible experiences we have had in the past with urgent care. Thank you Children's hospital!!
The staff at this urgent care have always been very kind and caring while treating our kids whether it be 2am or 2pm. We won't take the kids for non emergency issues anywhere else. The wait times never seem to be more than a couple minutes.
They listened to the history but followed the symptoms to correctly diagnose and treat my child instead of blindly following the treatment plan outlined elsewhere that was a misdiagnosis with ineffective treatment.
Took my son here in the middle of the night with an eat infection. I was in and out within an hour and half. The staff is all very friendly and caring. I would highly suggest this place to other parents. Hopefully I won't have to return any time soon but its great knowing there's an excellent hospital down the street for my 3 kids.
We went to the urgent care in Wheat Ridge to start... son had a bad stomach ache, they did their stuff and decided he needs to go to the main Hospital, we were sent by ambulance, appendix issue, we needed a ultrasound to comfirm, an IV was put in, and.we.were.on our way....they were super nice and very caring... however upon arriving at the hospital, at 9pm... our nurse came on said her name and if we needed anything push the call button... the IV was finished the alarm went off , called for OUR nurse, after 20 minutes a radon nurse stopped the alarm, then left.... make a long story short we waited in the ER for 8 hours... before we were admitted into a room.... that's when we saw OUR nurse, I believe the forgot about us, or that nurse did..... another nurse not Our nurse.. but another random one walking by heard the alarm AGAIN, and I did say we had been waiting for 4 hours at that time, shes the one that finally got the ball rolling.. .. upstairs they were GREAT everyone of them..... and the doctor was GREAT also....they need better help on the ER....
