THEY WOULD NOT CARE ABOUT A PATIENT, NO MATTER HOW SEVERE THE PATIENT'S CONDITION IS. THEY WILL DO JUST WHATEVER PLEASES THEM. EMPLOYES THERE DO WHATEVER COMFORTS THEM, NOT THE PATIENTS. NO PATIENTS GETS ANY PRIRITY OVER THERE. IT IS NOT NEED BASED (FOR THE PATIENT), IT IS WHATEVER THEY JUST LIKE TO DO.

MOST DISGUSTING AND STUPID HOSPITAL (AKA REHAB) I HAVE EVER SEEN. WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN: WORST MANAGEMENT, NURSES & THERAPIST ARE IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR NECK. THEY COME THERE TO MAKE MONEY WITHOUT WORKING. IF YOU WANNA MAKE MONEY WITH OUT ANY KIND OF WORK, YOU SHOULD (JOIN)/ WORK THEIR BECAUSE THAT IS THEIR MOTTO (MAKE MONEY WITHOUT WORK).

HOW COOL THAT IS!! NO RESPONSIBILITY, ONLY MONEY. :)

MOST PATHETIC AND DANGEROUS PLACE EVER TO PUT YOUR FATHER/MOTHER, IN THEIR CARE. IF YOU DO, YOU ARE JUST LITERALLY PUTTING THEM IN HELL.

My mom is currently here on the 2nd floor. I was very hesitant for her to come here due to the reviews. Most of the staff seem to care about their patients. That being said, they have a poor staff to patient ratio. Their response to call buttons for needed assistance can be 30 plus minutes and that is with multiple calls. There have been times no one ever came and I just cleaned and changed my mom myself. I have taken FMLA to stay with my mom due to the concerns I had prior to her being admitted and the concerns I have had while here. I have also caught multiple things that have been wrong or been done wrong. I do not believe they have gotten her prior medical records or they have not read them. No one has gotten and taken into account a true medical history. There have been several attempts to reinvent the wheel which has been frustrating. Overall, I wish I felt more comfortable with her being here without me. The care could be much worse. No one has been malicious and I believe their negligence has not be intentional but due to not enough staff to appropriately meet patient needs effeciently. If you have to come here or send your loved one here they will be okay but will not have all of their needs met in a timely fashion and you should monitor things the best you can. Several of the physical therapy staff have been amazing. They are kind and patient. This is not the worst place but there might be better.

Second rate staff with second rate performance delivering second rate results. If you can get wound care somewhere else do it. It's a dump.

The nurses do their best with a large patient load. Very caring but very busy.

NURSES SUPERVISOR'S ARE ALSO AS STUPID AS THE NURSES & THERAPIST ARE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THEIR COMFORT. PATIENTS DO NOT GET ANY PRIORITY OVER THERE. SOME OF MY PREVIOUS COMMENTER ARE VERY RIGHT. I WOULD NOT EVEN ADMIT MY DOG (OR ANY PET) OVER THERE; FORGET ADMITTING MY FATHER/MOTHER OR LOVED ONES.

We were amazed at just how the RNs genuinely care about their patients here. I saw them take the time to really get to know patients and show such a high degree of care that it surprised me at first. It's a small hospital and seemed like the providers spent the time getting to know and answering their patient's questions. I've never seen such caring RNs and CNAs. They really care and spend the time (when they have it) joking and being genuine. There are downsides, but you see those everywhere you go, and its not as bad as the big hospitals. The wound care team is unbelievable. They are willing to tackle really hard wounds that no-one else would touch. We found patients from all across the US there being treated because their wounds were so complex. Matt, Stacey and Dr. Herrmann are so committed. The therapy department is staffed by a bunch of passionate lunatics who genuinely care about getting their patients up and moving. I've seen them cheering and dancing in the hallways due to the smallest achievements. Overall, the staff is what makes this a really special place.
