we have been using this Hospital for years for all 3 of our boys and everyone is always super nice. i give props to Brent he was the RN today and he was super nice we hospitals need more people like him

I’m am so very pleased with this hospital. My son was born here and we have been coming back ever since. Dr. Benson is amazing! She has taken such good care of my son with his numerous surgeries.

Was scheduled for MRI at 6am. The baby is 1 year old and has not eaten bc of the procedure. We get here and find out the department doesn't open until 7am. The woman who does the registration was having to type information and answer the phone with a line of people. Then find out they do open at 6am, but had to wait bc other patients were late! They need to figure out their scheduling and get more staff and maybe a more updated registration process. Not a happy experience, as this isn't hard enough already.

My daughter was misdiagnosed with a serious hereditary illness by Doctor Benson in December of 2016. I was extremely uncomfortable with her lack of follow up and testing along with the fact that she gave me almost zero education regarding her prognosis or the disease itself. I followed my gut and contacted the practice to see another doctor ASAP and contacted Children's Hospital to schedule a second opinion. They didn't respond to my urgent call for over a month!

I’m very pleased with the valet services, cafeteria and Subway.

The diagnosis was investigated at Children's and they confirmed through proper testing that she DID NOT have the disease. We were caused weeks of worry and additional testing by RMCH. I contacted the practice after we had resolved it to let them know how unhappy I was and they agreed to write of the very small copay. It is now July and the bills keep coming despite several assurances in writing that it would be handled. At this point I consider it harassment and am astounded at how poorly they have handled this and the lack of follow up from the practice manager Susan Tomlinson. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I could have understood if a mistake had been made and steps had been taken to rectify it, but the lack of communication and concern for their patients really is beyond unacceptable.

I'm so happy with our stay, not positive, but I think i get to take my girl home tomorrow, but I haven't met one unfriendly person the whole time we've been here (4 days so far). Food is delivered to the door, not only for patients, but parents as well. Great staff, awesome doctors and nurses. I hope our kids stay out of hospitals in the future, but if they don't, I hope we are here if they do.
