Worst hospital around...seems dirty. Valet takes all visitor parking and leaves valet spots open, then they sticker your car even though you have no choice but to park in valet spots. Had a choice for childbirth. and obviously chose st. Joes which is new clean and ample parking!
After yesterdays visit 3 yo and prego wife both got food poisoning...we all ate same food allday exceot they had crab chowder soup at cafeteria...ugh!
Please share this with all you know in the hopes of stopping it.
I have been a patient in Presbyterian St Luke’s Hospital for the almost two weeks. The staff, and especially the nurses, have been unfailingly kind, smart, and customer service driven. Kudos to PSL!
I will be updating the progress of this situation to ensure that the Public is aware.
The lesson is:
I, to be honest am seeking Counsel due to the extreme nature of my situation. I not only have had my HIPPA PRIVACY RIGHTS violated, every aspect of my post op batched, but literally had to have a nurse removed from my room because of such negligent care. I have already spoken to the Compliant Officer and any awaiting there response to all that happened. I urge you, please get a copy of your records in there entirety, go through them with a fine tooth comb as you will probably be as shocked as I have I been to learn exactly what is really in your records, vs. what you thought was. And make sure that you gone over your rights and if there is information that is incorrect do not let it go. The only way to keep this from happening to others is to speak up.
PSL hospital was undergoing renovations at the time of my 2nd birth and I could care less because of the quality of care I received and great food (even better than the first hospital).
THANK YOU FOR READING.
Exceptional care and food. I had my second baby here basing the decision on my trusted provider (Dr Breeden of Rocky Mountain Women's Health). With my first baby I chose the hospital first based on location and appeal then the provider.
One person that this happens to, is one two many. Zero tolerance for this should be the position of this Hospital and all other Hospitals in the Country.
Choose based on the quality of care you'll receive (that takes your insurance), not how pretty the hospital is. My first choice was a beautiful, new hospital but I was treated so badly I filed a complaint.
wouldn't. I will never go here again even tho it was obvious i didnt feel good and might pass out!!!! More concerned with getting the patient out than how they actually feel or making them comfortable. They throw the stuff on the floor rather than trash can. And leave stuff laying around on the counters rather than put them away! Never again!
If you have any questions, please feel free to comment and I will respond. QUICKLY.
KRISTEN D SALAS.
Now i recommend PSL.
