Went and bought a couch on a Friday. I was told couch was not in stock at store and they would bring one from another warehouse to this location and we could pick up the couch at 2 on Saturday. We called multiple time on Saturday to check the status of our couch and got ahold of no one. So we decided to drive over to get our couch. Once there the warehouse told us our couch had not been delivered there and that we need to go back to the store and talk to them. Once at the store, we found out that the truck couldn't fit our couch so they didn't bring it. The store also told us they were trying to get a second truck to bring it to the store later that day. So we didn't want to wait for the truck so we went home. Again that night we called and called and finally got ahold of someone and they told us the second truck wasn't coming until Monday now.
Never trust a word from them. They make promises and they are never true.
Over priced. Staff is responsive but univolved until you are ready to purchase. The head board we recieved was damaged. They exchanged it with no issues, just very disconnected and unapologetic. First and last time.
I can vouch for the professionalism and customer service offered by the Store Manager and staff after issues with my purchase were brought to their attention. The delivery team of this store is especially courteous, careful, and professional. Thank you for getting me taken care of, guys.
If you are looking for Wal Mart service then this is the place to waste your time at the location off of 25 south at exit of 214 A in Denver. The sales lady didn't introduce herself, didn't smile, and didn't ask my name. She asked her manager a question about pricing, and he didn't bother to look up from texting or to even verbalize an answer. I guess a head shake is a good enough response for someone prepared to spend $1400 on a chair. This is the second Sofa Mart I have been to and received the same poor treatment. I won't be buying the chair I like from here, nor will I return or recommend this company to anyone.
Side note.... we sold our other couch in preparation for the new one. Now I have been sitting in a folding chair waiting for Monday to come to get our couch.
We purchased a nice and expensive sectional nearly six months ago. Upon delivery, one of the cushions appears to have been run over - large tire track across the middle. We immediately went to the store (and brought along the tire-tracked cushion), spoke to our sales person, Debbie. She informed us she would order us a new cushion immediately. It has now been SIX months and no cushion. We've called numerous times, and on several occasions, we've spoken to Mike, the sales floor manager. Each time, we were told that they would need to contact the manufacturer and we would be called back. Needless to say, each time, we never received a return phone call - nope, nothing. We are very please with our sectional, just NOT pleased at all with the customer service - they need to work on that. Until then, I guess I'll have to continue to call and hopefully, one day, I'll get an answer or a new cushion - which ever comes first.
