I was only here for 10 minutes. The customer service was good but they didn't have many bunk beds.
This is the best furniture store in Denver! Great customer service, selection and the quality of products can't be matched. Don't waste your time at IKEA or getting cheap carpet elsewhere

After many years of noticing EMWas we drove south on Broadway, we recently purchased 2 leather recliners there. When they arrived, the backs did not look as tight as I expected.
He had it delivered and installed at no charge to me. That's what customer service should be about. Thank you, JC.
We are long time residents of south-east Denver and have done business with EMW, periodically, for 55 years. Recently, we had worn carpeting in a hallway replaced with vinyl. From the beginning of the process we got knowledgeable and courteous service in selecting the material we wanted. When time came for the instillation, a lone, middle-aged man appeared, right on time. He was experienced and obviously had pride in his work. The work was done promptly and properly, at a reasonable price. Another good experience with EMW.
Customer service is great, Laurie was super easy to work with. Plus the selection is far better than big box stores.
I called the store and was referred to JC, the owner, I believe. After sending photos of the chairs, he contacted the manufacturer. They said the chairs met their specs. JC agreed with me that they were not OK. I don't know how he did it, but he got us replacement back which was much better.
