Wonderful service all around. Once delivered and assembled Kyle returned to replace a part with a possible flaw I noticed with a new one. Wonderful futon! From sales to delivery and assembly I'm totally satisfied. Now for a nap on this memory foam...mmmm.

Bought a mattress and frame and it was delivered immediately, in the rain. The process was so quick and easy, even though we showed up pretty much at the end of the business day. When the delivery guy said he had other stops to make, we worried we might have to wait for our stuff to be delivered the next day. But our salesman said "I'll bring it to you myself if I have to!" They ended up delivering it RIGHT away, I mean they followed us home basically. The salesman (Ross I think) took his time with us and explained the differences in the beds and WAS NOT pushy at all! Best experience in a mattress store by far! Awesome service, we are so happy with our bed :)
