Dustin was very helpful and informative in helping us choose our bedroom set. He even made sure to mention the 5% discount they were currently running to help save us a couple bucks. Over in sofa mart part of the store Shawna was informative about the sectional we were considering buying but not so much about the 5% discount. Fortunately we talked with Dustin while paying for our bedroom set and he reminded Shawna of the current promotion they were running. All in all we feel we got a fair deal on both the sectional and the bedroom set even if we have to wait 3 weeks for the sectional. But I can't shake the thought that Shawna could have been more forthcoming about the promotion they were running as a store especially knowing we were paying cash a cool 5000 in crispy hundreds for our furniture. But hey either way can't wait for our sectional and Dustin was a pleasure to deal with and Shawna did a great job completing our order. Ok my wife and I bought a sectional from Furniture Row about 11 months ago. The piece of furniture did not hold up, I don't blame the store for that and they had promised us they would fix the pieces that needed repair and return the. Great!! Well they picked up both pieces of the sectional and a week later delivered 1 piece back to us. The delivery driver said that there was no second piece. After multiple phone calls and excuses they have now brought the wrong piece to our house 3 times. It has been almost 3 weeks and we still have no couch because of this. The lack of communication and apparent unwillingness of anyone to take responsibility is really frustrating. I will not be coming back to purchase anything else from this store.
