I've been coming to this vet since I moved to Colorado 4 years ago. It was super close to where I lived at the time and even though I've moved around since then, I still choose to come here. Both the veterinarians and front desk staff are kind and friendly. You can tell they genuinely love animals. They have a food and treat section to the left as soon as you walk in, so of course my girls want to immediately run over there the moment we get in the door.
I recently took my dog in, which was an emergency- I was informed they were booked solid, but would see us. As I arrived they saw my dog immediately. The assistant and Doctor were very very nice and handled her with care. I love taking my animals here because I know these people truly care about your pets and your wallet. Thank you pets on Broadway, you're a life saver!
Took in little Moeli for an appointment the vet was so thoughtful and spend some time answering my questions about behavior and training!!! Loved them

Very unpleasant experience. I took my senior cat (who is in diabetic remission) to get some simple blood work done after reading positive reviews of Pets on Broadway. After being there for almost an hour (again, for simple blood work) we left. I was then informed that his blood had been "dropped" and we would both have to come back. No attempts to make the situation better and upon stating I shouldn't have to pay full price they offered to take off $20.... of a $200 bill. I asked them to fully refund my visit as I will be going elsewhere in fhe future. While I really liked Dr. Walderbach and don't blame her personally for the situation, this is not okay and was very mishandled. Disappointing.

I've taken my Cocker Spaniel here to get groomed as well, but they recently got a new groomer that charges $15 more than anyone else who's been there the past 4 years. I was a little annoyed on my recent visit when I went to pay and the price was suddenly higher. They hadn't given any warning prior to that moment that the price would be more. When I inquired, I simply received a, "Sorry, that's just what she charges."
Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new groomer but I will still bring my babies here for veterinary purposes (and would recommend to anyone in the area) because they are so great at handling them.
I have been going to Pets on Broadway for over 20 years with both with my pets and rescure dogs. They always made me feel confident and comfortable.
The staff at Pets on Broadway has always been supportive from any small challenges with my dogs to more serious issues.
