I just went here. Freaking people suck donkey balls. i will drive to another one and NEVER go back to this one.
If I could give them no stars I would. 3 days ago my husband bought me new shoes as one of my birthday presents. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so today he went to go return it. All was said and done and he called me saying it was an additional $20 dollars for a exchange of the SAME shoe just a DIFFERENT size. When I called up there to see why there was an additional charge the woman who I spoke with was very rude when I asked her what was the reason for that additional. She acted as if it were an inconvenience to her to figure out why. She put me on hold but never pushed the hold button so I could over hear her and is what I assume another employee discussing the charge and basically bad mouthing me for wondering why. When she returned She told me its because it was a different color and style of the shoe. Which it wasn't, it was clearly the same shoe and that what I had told her. I had my husband go back to show her it was the same shoe and when he did they were rude and the woman at the register stated "You really came back over $20 dollars."
Went in the store looking for a particular boot, got no help, when I asked an associate where I could find the boot I got "not this store" and they walked off instead of help finding something else. Horrible, and rude. This is the Denver store on illiff.
Terrible, mean and completely unprofessional staff, especially the management.
This place is rude and unprofessional. If you can't be nice and professional at your employment then maybe you shouldn't be working there!!!
I was reluctant to come here based on the reviews but they must've replaced the staff because every employee I talked to was helpful and friendly.
