Great shoes but my favorite part was their ability to use speciality tools to punch and stretch the leather on my new shoes so that they felt broken in when I left the store.

But the shoes are most amazing. Interesting styling, and the soles are good for any weather. I've walked on packed snow, snow with some ice, concrete, etc, and the soles and heels are sure-footed - better than most shoes or boots I've ever had.
How fun! Beautifully laid out store, great, patient employees. Uh, shoes. Crazy fun shoes. I wasn't used to parking in this area and I got to drive around the block a bit looking for a space. It was worth the effort. I looked mostly at the men's shoes and it's nice to see shoes that can be resoled, etc.
