This store is top notch. I was suffering from Ill fitted shoes, had blisters and foot pain. I had spent money on what I thought was a good pair of shoes trying to get relief, but I didn't get relief. I went to Dardanos and the sales person took the time to learn my proper shoe size. Then she asked questions about my activity. She brought out several boxes of shoes then took the time to let me have a try on for each pair. I left with the best shoes I have ever worn. I walked 80 miles last week and have no discomfort. Thank you for stocking quality shoes and taking the time with your customers. I will shop here in the future. Highly recommend others do the same.
Very wide selection of shoes. Excellent sale prices. I got a pair of Merrell & Keen for the price of one. Very friendly & helpful sales staff. I found my new shoe store & would highly recommend to anyone else.
When I purchased my shoes, the customer service was great. After wearing the shoes a little in the house, I realized they were too small. Nothing was available in a larger size. When I went to return the shoes, I had accidentally left my credit card at home. Lucy at the front desk just took my name & number, kept the shoes & waited for me to call with all the credit card information to complete the return process. So wonderful to deal with nice people in a clean & spacious location!
I brought some leather items to be cleaned and a pair of tall gladiator sandals with a broken zipper to be replaced last week. Replacing the zipper was going to cost $40; they are knee-high sandals. Pricey, but totally worth it to fix my favorite sandals. I came to pick it all up today and they brought out the sandals and showed me that they were able to fix the zipper and didn't have to replace it. They saved me $40... this is an honest, top notch small business!! They are officially my leather and shoe go-to spot.
I've had my Hubbards for three days and I already feel a difference in my posture and overall comfort level! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't consider shopping here as an expense or luxury but an investment in having properly cared for feet. I will continue to shop here for all my shoe needs. GREAT selection in style and color.
