So glad I chose You Move Me for my move! David and Caden were friendly, professional and took great care of my possessions during the entire move. Moving can be such a headache sometimes, but with the You Move Me crew it was super easy - I'll definitely be hiring them again! And the little house plant from Buster was a great house warming gift! I was very excited when I was able to book a last minute job with one of the crews at You Move Me. Long story short - will never book with them again. The Director of our agency eventually called her 28 year old son to come help finish the B team's work. Atleast 900 pounds of furniture were scratched or damaged during the move. I eventually recovered original photos after submitting and getting denied for the full claim but at this point I'm done.
I have used these guys several times with know issues. They're on tome, efficient and honest. They treated my stuff and my family with utmost respect. On my latest move, a TV got broken, I was initially worried, but the general manager Ricky went out on the first business day after my move, brought me a brand new TV with the gift receipt from the store in case there were any problems. It was really above and beyond. They even took care of the broken TV for us. I would recommend these guys for any move anytime. They are so careful, but they are human, and they DO make it right. 100% favorite moving company.
Just had these movers out today and they were excellent! Not only were they able to get us on their schedule quickly, they took good care of our belongings and were so professional. They came to our rescue after our other movers proved to be unprofessional and unreliable. Thanks so much You Move Me!!
Ricky grossly underestimates quotes to get the business. Team of mover are very nice, but not the white glove service as advertised. Ricky will not return phone calls and has to be tracked down for any conversation.
