I cannot even give one star for them, but have to in order to write this. I have had a horrible experience and was changed a large amount of money to move my items to Utah. They had been storing my items for a few months in Colorado until I was ready to have my items moved to Utah. The list of items stored DID NOT match the list I received upon delivery . Needless to say we are missing so many items and sentimental items that they cannot locate. We also have damaged items that they claimed would have repaired or replaced. We made a trip to Colorado because we were not getting anywhere with them and my partner walked into their office asking for the owner. They told her she would check and asked her name. She came out and told her he was not in and was in and out all day. She said she would just wait and sat there for over 45 mins. Mean time a gentlemen came in and seemed to know everyone. He asked where Steve (owner) was and a gal said , oh he is right back there point at his office. He was there the whole time and obviously was trying to avoid her. She followed the guy back and confronted him. He basically said there is nothing he can or will do for us. We are out a lot by using them and I would stay very far away from this company unless you don't care about your belongs. Here is what they post on their website:
This was the first time that I hired the first mover that was recommended (without getting multiple bids) because I was to busy to do any research and boy did it work out beautifully!!

I was so stressed about the move and Amazing Moves showed up and put everyone at ease. They were so positive and fast it was a delight to work with them. They sent 6 movers to our house: James, Bryce, Jay, Eric, Dillon, and Gerardo and these guys literally ran up several flights of stairs for HOURS. They must have been exhausted, but they were so upbeat and careful and conscientious. A truly wonderful group of guys. Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this company.
Update to earlier review: Amazing Moves responded to my review and had a company come out and assemble my exercise equipment. This is what I call, "putting the customer, first." Thank you, for stepping up to the plate!

The guys who moved were relatively efficient, BUT, they put holes in my dresser, book case and the wall. I have expected these accidents can happen and they have brought the pieces back to fix and said that they will send a specialist to fix the wall. After several calls and more than a month later, they brought back the dresser and book case. They book case was missing a shelve and the staff said they did not have the missing piece (meaning I have it, but I don't). The staff had promised to check with the warehouse again but there is no response after a week. I can call and chase after that piece of missing shelve, but the company is not offering a replacement piece or any compensation. As for the wall, one staff by the name of Carl finally called and said that he will come after a certain time that day, and promised to call before he comes, but he never did call. I am tired of calling and chasing for repairs or compensation, so I am giving this review.

Today, my equipment assembly was canceled because the assembly person had to be pulled for an emergency something or other. What is going on? The move, itself, was not exactly great. But, moving my exercise equipment assembly date for another client, when the appointment was already scheduled with me, is unacceptable! If the company reschedules him, today, I may be able to give a better review. They need to take better care of their customers.
