No public restroom, really? I came here with some friends who ending up picking up a couple pairs of really nice shoes. I would have been inclined to stay longer if I could have peed and kept shopping.
This Ross is along the 16th Street mall. This means easy pedestrian access but not a store I would frequently shop at.
Customer service is good, even better than average especially compared to other Ross stores.
This people got the game f'd up spent $105.00 used card, some how cashier voided transaction, but money was still taken off my card. So I left without items, plus out of.$ 105 ,robbed without a gun.
All in all it's not a place I'd go out of my way to shop at but it's convenient if you are downtown and need some clothing.
The selection is not as good as other Ross stores although if you are in Denver on business and forgot a shirt, belt, etc it's adequate. The store itself is well lit and organized but a little dirtier than other Ross stores. The elevator in particular was dirty and smelled bad.
I get good quality headphones for cheap. Staff is always pleasant at 8 in thr morning!
Not much choices. Still a good place to look for some good buys.
I always go here very early and never wait.
