The store is huge and the selection is good....it's cool that they have men's clothing, as well. However! Their customer service is very bad.
This store has good selection but poorly put together. The racks are so stuffed that you can't check for sizes without knocking other clothes down. Then when you pull something off the rack 5 other pieces next to it come with it because the hangers are all stuck together. Customet service was horrible. Not one person in there to help you but the one running the register.
That's a decent size store. It has two floors and it's well organized too.
Customer service was ok, but the clothing displays were a mess. I was specifically looking for black skirts for work in the plus size section, and they didn't even have pants skirts shorts and skirts separated. It took me over an hour to find what I needed, mind you I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to try on anything, not that I would be able to since the dressing room was out of order. But I got them home and they don't even fit. If a manager sees this post, please take into consideration your customers time and money!!!!
Love how cute this store is very organized and has cute displays as well. However nobody greets you at this location or asks if you need help. I didn't see a single person who worked at this location other then one person at the cash register.
