Walked in the store but no one greeted me. It was not a busy evening. Employees were aware I was there yet I was not acknowledged. No one smiled in there. I had items in my hand to try on but no one offered a fitting room. I had to order over the phone because the store did not have my size in stock. The employee over the phone was the NICEST and placed my order. I left the store after placing the order over the phone and no one THANKED ME. The customer service in store is awful, unpleasant and just terrible. I did not feel welcomed. It's not inviting. To the store manager and the employees PLEASE LEARN SOME PEOPLE SKILLS.
Great experience working with Evan earlier today. Had to exchange some clothes and reorder in a new size and he took great care of me.
