Took my Tahoe here about a week ago and the car wash caused damage to my vehicle. Basically my car jumped the track and since they don't have the metal floor bolted down, it went right through the floor. Owner (Arnold) promised he would pay for it REFUSED TO PROVIDE INSURANCE, and he was good at returning calls until I sent him over the estimate, no response since 8/24. Figured that would happen dealing with a shady place like this, but anyways I would stay away from this car wash.
UPDATE owner is still unresposive it is October 23 the accident occured Aug 19!!!

They did an absolutely fantastic job with my car. It literally looks better now than the day we bought it, and we bought it Like-New from a dealership. The staff were friendly and polite, and did a solid by not charging extra for having to clean up an extra-messy area of the car. They have a 20% military discount, and they also give specials for coming in during a weekday, so I would recommend trying that if you can. Relatively quick turn-around, only took about two hours to immaculately clean the entire vehicle. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Denver!!

I came in for a mini detail. Omar was very helping in picking the services that I needed to stay in Budget. I was in and out within 2 hours and my car looked brand new. I will definitely be returning.
