We dealt fairly with Philip. He was very quick to remedy our problem. He contracted an auto detailer to come and fix the scratches.
Since I drive for Uber, I need to have my car in tip top condition! I do that with this place!
I've been going here off and on for a few years now. It would have always been 5 stars in my book. But today... today they cracked my windshield. The manager said it was the heat outside and the rock chips but nah... first off my air conditioning is blasting 60° so no freaking way! Smdh they will blame it on anything to not replace my cracked windshield. WARNING if you have a small rock chip anywhere on your windshield and they crack your shield when you go through the car wash the best they will be able to do is offer a free voucher to wash there again.... seriously?!?!?
A young woman working there used a scratch pad to remove some dirt we complained about yesterday and put some scratches on our paint job.

This carwash is fast and efficient. It's easy to get in and out all within 5 minutes if there isn't a huge lineup. This is not a full service car wash but vacuums are included and available even with the basic wash. One thing I find is that this wash is more or less a get what you pay for situation. Good to get the grime off, but not the cleanest your car will ever be. We've had some problems with the attendants not running the top brush due to the factory installed roof bars on our car. This is hit or miss. The dryer at the end does a pretty good job, but you might want to bring a towel if you're looking for a spotless dry. Bonus - they have floor mat scrubber machines you can use with purchase of a wash.
It's a self service drive through car wash. A pretty nice one. Free vacuums. And plenty of space. I like it.
$40 a month for a wax and a wash a day and unlimited use of their vacuums, even if you don't want to wash your car or wait in one of the long lines that can form on the weekends!
