I had visited this car wash previously and had been happy until my last visit. Unfortunately, my front passenger seat belt was damaged during my visit, I didn’t realize it until later in the day. When I called to speak with someone, they took all the information and told me a manger would get in touch with me, that never happened. After repeated phone calls and messages left, with no response from them, I realized they had no intention of addressing this issue.

The detailing service was absolutely wonderful. The staff was courteous and did an exceptional job cleaning my car. My car had a thick layer of dog hair that has been completely removed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!
I had a coupon for the total total car wash valued at $29.99 for outside and inside. The car wash itself great but the detailing service absolutely sucked. That included vacuuming my car, when I got back in my car there was still dirt on the ground. They didn't even vacuum under the seats or move the mats. If your going to be advertising to people you might want to do a better job to have them be returning customers. I would never pay that price, especially how bad of a job they did.

That was my last car wash with this company. They really should consider their business practices.
Update: Downgraded to a 1 star from 2 and would go lower if I could. Went back again today after the last time. Same as the first. Again poor quality, no attention to detail, miss basic things like vacuuming the drivers and passenger seats, wiping things down. I see the comments down below from and others the management team doesn't own their issues. Defensiveness and just saying we'll make it up doesn't fix the waste of time to sit there and have the work done and then have to redo it. When the management response like they have on mine and others with it doesn't sound like our team or supervisors, well I'm here to tell you it is just that. The supervisor today seemed like it was no big deal. Own your issues and resolve them. Do you need pictures and videos to believe your customers? No worries though, I won't be back for a 3rd time of poor quality and the kid waiting around with his hand out for a tip. Don't waste your money on this.
Although I am happy to finally receive a response, this incident occurred on Veterans Day and I have not had any acknowledgement until I posted my concerns. The fact that this damage has not occurred before does not eliminate the possibility of it happening. My seat belt worked at 7:15 in the morning, car in your care after and at 2:30 it did not work?
I invested in the VIP package which keeps my vehicle looking, running and smelling brand new !
