I'm homeless and on disability, very grateful that hertz is there when I need a vehicle.
everything was smooth AND they gave us a ride to Union Station, so we could catch the train to the airport. Didnt know they did that , so it was a very pleasant surprise, especially as it was 95 degrees and while only a short walk to the train to the mallride to walk to union station, with a 7 year old we werent looking forward to it.
I rented a car from this location 10 days ago for a little under a week. I got a great deal and the gentleman working the desk was very nice. His priority seemed to get me all squared away in a timely manner and out the door in my rental car. Next time, I'll probably go up a class of cars because I ended up with a car without cruise control which was annoying for the 1300 miles that I drove but that's not Hertz's fault.

On the day I was due to return it, I had a flat tire that left me over 20 miles outside of Denver at 4p and was very worried that I would miss my evening flight. Traffic on I-25 was already backing up as I was waiting for AAA to come. Once again, this location's priority seemed to be to make my experience the best possible and they really worked with me. I'm happy to say everything worked out and I made my flight. I will definitely rent from here the next time I'm in Denver.
This time I had a good experience from Hertz, not like the time I got a Hertz car with 57,000 miles on it and bald tires. This new Toyota was clean and I had no problems. The manager even picked me up at the train depot . The check-in was fast and the check-out was the same. The price was reasonable for a week, unless they charge me for the missing door that my friend took off to repair his damaged car.
