Worse car rental ever basically what they do is tell you there is no deposit over the phone and then when u get there they put a hold on your card for the whole amount plus a 250 deposit then when u return they swipe your card for the amount of rental so your basically paying double the rental cause u have to wait for the release of the money they first charged you . This is all for a old car . We rented a 08 and the car was just horrible no energy left in it cause it's so old . Good thing the car was good on gas last time I rent from here

Worst place ever to rent a car over charges and if you have an accident wants your insurance company information after you purchase his insurance the collision Damage waiver and by law they have to provide at minimum liability insurance do not go here to rent a car at all not sure how he has stayed in business for 40 years as he says but according to the BBB he has only been in business for 24 years
I have rented from Bill at least 8 times over the past 15 years and have never had a problem. Fast easy service and definitely NOT a racist
