I keep coming back to this Enterprise Leetsdale location because of their consistently high quality of service, good attitude and their desire to get people out on the road quickly and efficiently.
I didn't even want to give his one star I just had to put something! This place has the WORST customer service skills! We weren't greeted, we waited almost 1hr to be helped after already having an appointment and we were the only customers in. Then when returning the car we waited almost the same amount of time. Another customer walks in and was helped before us and that customer even told the employee in front that we were here first but she continued helping the customer that came in 30minutes after us. Horrible experience! Did I mention when we finally got the car in the first place it was really dirty inside and out! Will never use enterprise again!
I like that they don't pressure you into buying extras, which is greatly appreciated.
This location is close to where I usually stay when in Denver, but it's an awkward location. My sister knew where it was because she managed the grocery store property next door. Otherwise, it is easy to miss. They employ mostly college students who are very smart and friendly. You usually do have to wait beyond your pickup time, so keep that in mind if you have a tight schedule. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes.
The people at this Enterprise are the best! I go there a lot for work and they always treat me great! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
The team at the Leetsdale, CO office (Nate, Bella, and others) were terrific and helped me out with many small and large details. They were professional, helpful and personable. Very pleased. Would rent a car from this office again.
