I am actually going to be staying in the hotel which this place is located, and I DID want to rent from them, for some reason they couldn't help when it comes to rental times. Let me explain:
I called both the Avis location and 800 #. Neither one was able to help me, saying the computer won't let me.... And then the 800 # had the audacity to suggest returning it to another location.....
Such ease in renting our car at the Double Tree site where we were sleeping over night to adjust to the altitude. And the fact that we were then able to drive directly the the airport to drop off our car was greatly appreciated. Hands down we would rent with Avis again if we can do the same thing in the future! The car was perfect for the snow, handled well, and was very comfortable. It was a great rental experience!
Sad part is I'm not renting from them, and my vacation doesn't start till Sept....
If I was to do 9am to 9am it would be half the price...
Saved a lot compared to a rental at the airport! Quick Lyft ride away (about $30) to save a bunch on the rental. Selection was pretty good, and the customer service agent was friendly.
They over bill the customer and charge for tolls not taken
I want to rent a car from them from 8am (because of scheduling on my trip) on Saturday, and return it the next day. However they are not open till 9am on Sunday, which is ok, except that for that extra hour they are going to charge me for another day.
Just one walk in counter and many peoples. Be prepared to wait long.
So as for me I took my business to Enterprise mile down the road for $10s cheaper if I would have done the 9-9...
