This place is a really bad place if it would be in my hand i would give it negative 5 filled up with fake smiles and the man that is directing the place is treating it like a business. he will seem to be very nice at the beganing but then later he will not be nice not easy to talk to at the same time i have borrowed a book from the ELC then and i returned it but even though its was late then the hold was removed. at the start of the next semester they have said that i didnt return the book and had to pay for it. at the same time some teacher are at the middle of the semister you speak up to them and say good morning and he is your teacher in class he will ignore you. if you fail the class be aware that the director is treating the place like a business dont feel bad about yourself
