I completed two years at JWU. I worked on the food service industry rising up to management/sous position after finishing. The knowledge and stamina you gain from JWU will set you up to suceed. The downside. Good luck being able to make a liveable income. Good luck at having a family that's not in poverty. JWU is expensive and you have debt for a long time as the wages in the culinary field flat out insult your hard work. 4 years later. I'm going back to community college to pursue a better career choice that won't leave you in poverty.
Very beautiful but not worth the money, the program sucks .
Beautiful campus and mostly good professors. But way too expensive for what you're getting. The only reason It's getting 2 stars is because of the professors that I personally had. The classrooms were small and personal so the teachers actually knew your name and cared about your success. Other than that, you're bored most of the time and the dorms feel like a high school boarding school. Food was questionable most of the time despite it being a culinary arts school...? Don't go unless you have money to spend and close social connections. Left after one year and don't ever care to look back. Worst social experience I've ever had.
best school if you're passionate about what you wanna do!
It's a nice looking campus with some lovely architecture. The decorations are slightly too thematic to really work.
