The unit in Steamboat Springs was so nice! Full kitchen, great location, lots of closets, 2 bathrooms, great view. What really impressed us was the front desk called our room about 10-15 minutes after we checked in to see if the room was okay and if we needed anything. Never had that before. Ever.
We recently stayed in the Pono Kai condos in Kauai. It was a really nice condo and the location was great! Booking it was easy and painless. We are getting ready to book our next trip.Thank you!
We have always been able to plan great vacations. Older accounts like ours have recently lost access to the full inventory on-line.
We just used the phone reservation system to find inventory not listed online. If we still had online access to full inventory, I would have rated 5 stars. Maybe they will get the message?
Apparently we have to upgrade our account to get access to what we had before. This seems a little shady and has been our only disappointment.
Reservations are easily made. Resorts that we have stayed at have been 5 star. A very good deal.
