We planned a two week trip to south America including Machu Picchu which we didn't get the tickets to climb the mountain that we said we wanted to and by the time we got there the tickets were all sold out. Melanie never responded to emails in a timely manner, was rude and unhelpful. She made us confirm our travel arrangements instead of doing it for us. Often I questions what she was getting paid to do.
I can not describe my disappointment with this travel agency enough.
This is why travel agents are a dying breed. We will never use them again.
It was horrible!!!!!
She also told us transportation to the hotel from the airport would cost us 300 US dollars, we took a gamble and when we got there it cost us 30 US dollars. She was overcharging everything.
