I recently purchased a vehicle through AAA Colorado's Auto Source program, and have nothing but great things to say. From beginning to end, the process was so smooth, devoid of hiccups, and almost too easy and too good to be true. In the end, what a fabulous experience--telling all my friends about AAA's car buying service. Thank you, Kat!

Needed a notary stamp on some paperwork; the notary at this location was friendly, quick, and even made copies for us so we could mail off the originals. Thanks again!

Oh, and also if you ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse to put one on the phone. Isn't that nice? Ya, I'm not impressed to say the least.

*Update: So the supervisor did contact me and apologize for things being handled poorly. They also took care of my cars towing costs. So at least the management at this company is helpful.

AAA is a bit retro, given GPS and cell phones, but they still provide a great service to package a trip.

I am a AAA member. Some how my car got two flat tires while I was driving to work. I called AAA at 8:45 a.m. to get my car towed to the shop to get it fixed. The lady I spoke with initially told me that my policy only covered X amount of miles and that I would have to pay for the overage, which is fine, but I asked them to call me back with a quote just so I would know how much the extra would be. She said they would and that a tow truck would be to me within an hour around 10 a.m. Over an hour later I still had not received a call about the cost and the tow truck had not arrived. At 10:15 a.m. I called AAA again. The lady I spoke to this time told me that the truck was going to be another 30 minutes, but they were on their way. 30 minutes later I get a call from AAA telling me it would be $5 per mile over my amount, which is fine. But they also told me that they had just then got ahold of a driver to come get me, nearly TWO HOURS after my initial call and 30 minutes after they had told me that someone was "on their way." So apparently it's alright in their opinion to blatantly lie to their customers. Seems like good customer service to me. I certainly won't be wasting my money on this companies "service" anymore.
