I enjoy the Goodwill which is usually why I come this way and sometimes do grocery shopping if I need to quick grab something's. The area is nice for a day out!
It's a very old shopping center and it shows. I like The Bagel Restaurant here otherwise I don't think there's any other reason to be here. The parking lot is a bit of an obstacle course to get from the west side to the east side. There's plenty of parking in front of the Goodwill store (although crossing some aisles on the southern end requires care to dodge traffic coming off of Hampden Ave), but all the other shops on the east end share a couple of narrow strips. The parking lot would also benefit from restriping.

There's a lot of good shops here. The goodwill is one of the best, the bagel deli is vey good and had been I tv, there's a police supply shop, and at the end there is a great bar called J.L. Cheers which is owned by Jack and the bartender Steve is they nicest bartender I've met
There isn't too much that is special about this strip mall. The bagel deli and sushi places are good and the thrift store is worth a visit, but nothing here makes me come to the area especially. The parking lot could really use and update.
