Accessible with relative ease, lots of parking, you can get your building/honey- do list done on one end and shop for your groceries on the other.
The only thing I wish was here, is Popeye's Chicken! ;-)
King Soopers, Home Depot, Goodwill are the large anchors. A nice little pub, a Chinese restaurant, KFC/Taco Bell, DMV, a police substation.
A great little shopping center started back in the late 50s early 60s. Good family place also has a Denver Motor Vehicle Division. Know Theatre McDonald's coffee shops a great Chinese restaurant and a Goodwill store.
It was a mall about 20 years ago. Bear Valley was a nice safe area with a movie theatre, a buffet, clothing stores,now it's king Soopers, home deposit and a huge traffic Hazzard of a parking lot. Try and buy gas at Kings without almost getting your car hit. Once this was a affluent area, not for years, Denver hasn't put money into area, so sad
I remember when Bear Valley was exclusively a shopping mall with upscale stores. But now there's a lot more variety. The King Soopers and the Home Depot here are excellent stores. Very good products, great customer service. There is also a Dept.of Motor Vehicles. The Goodwill store here has a job search department. It's a good agency, check it out!
