This is one of the few Wendy's I've ever not had an issue so I am surprised by most of these reviews. But I also only order a Baconator plain and a drink. Their bacon is always amazing.
When your food is fresh, its great! But when is that exactly?? Do you pre- cook everything overnight, then reheat it? I'm sorry but we must break up now. I will no longer support you or waste my hard earned money on this horrible product any longer. I know you can change but you just won't. Goodbye and good luck.
This is one of the new fancy Wendy's and they keep it in tip top shape. The food is good and consistent, the environment is friendly, plus they have wifi. The pergo on the walls is slightly tacky and seemed a little rushed.
After a Long...... Day at work I stop by this Wendy's to pick up a crispy chicken sandwich and fries for my husband and a mango salad for myself. I asked crispy chicken they gave a grilled chicken breast was cold wet and seemed to be barely cooked.Fries were cold. I had ask for fresh one. My Mango Crispy chicken salad looked like it was about 3days old the chicken was hard and cold. And then to top it all off there was 2 pieces hair in the Salad. Horrible,, Horrible, Horrible .
Staff was rude and disinterested in giving us our order. I was not informed the chicken sandwich I ordered would cause an extra wait time. A teenage employee who was too busy complaining about having to wait on chicken being cooked handed me my drinks but not any straws and let me sit there for around 10 minutes while my frosty melted. I was only informed it was taking so long by listening to how loudly the staff complained about having to wait for the chicken to cook. There were multiple cries of "oh come on is the chicken done yet?" Mind you it was around 8pm so they weren't anywhere near closing time. And of course the chicken sandwich gave us food poisoning. When I finally got someone to pay attention enough to give me a damn straw they acted like it was such a burden to grab me one. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to go to any other location you can find. It'l be worth it.
Don't do it. Just don't. I've been eating fast food my whole life.. more than most guaranteed.. the food at this and Alameda and colorado location is absolutely NOT edible. Listen Wendy's...i started going to you because McDonald's turned into a microwaved, processed, disgusting product. It appears you have followed suit. We can tell when you microwave some disgusting burger patty after its been sitting FAR too long to be safe to eat. This makes the 3rd time this month I literally have taken a couple bites of your triple and had to throw it away... it's THAT BAD.
